We have been living at Covey for nearly an year. Our overall experience has been very pleasant at this community. The staff both at front office and one's doing maintenance are pleasant and responsive. The location is also perfect, with the beautiful Waubonsie Lake Park at just two mins walking distance. All the other convenience including hospital is near by. Love the fact that both Aurora and Naperville downtown is not a long drive.

WOW this is a great place to live, the office staff are friendly and helpful, the maintenance are great, look at the grounds they do such a fantastic job keeping the area clean. I really like the layout in these apartments. I would recommend these apartments as a great place to live.

Most apartments properties are similar , the difference is in the people that running them . At Covey the team in the office is fully dedicated to their residents needs . They actually care about their tenants
